Mechanical and Electromechanical design
Our scope of work concerning this product/service is to lay 2D and 3D drawings, primarily for the design jobs assigned to our office (product) or as a service for clients who seek to (as example and not limited to) document their earlier works in a sound and engineering way or those who would like to convert old hand drawing to electronic versions.
Also this included the initiation of the conceptual design and the basic views for the ideas and projects and which are considered as the start point for all sequent activities. The conceptual design can as simple as a one page drawing clarifying the outstanding features and the basic over all dimensions, up to a set of documents including Flow Sheets, Equipment lists and specs., Layouts and general arrangement drawing .
Our office also offers the engineering calculation (the core of the engineering work) and which may include: Load analysis, stress analysis, flow, thermal, power …. and which provides (engineering calculation) a crucial indicator for the correctness and soundness of idea/project.
All the above mentioned activities pave the way to extract and issue the shop drawing, construction drawing and erection drawings and which guarantee the smooth and in-plan work progress.
As an optional completion for a specific design job, our office can plan and supervise the manufacturing of the related parts to insure the quality, cost and adherence to schedule.
